Meet the Author - Judith Rutty Godfrey

		Although she didn’t become a “card-carrying professional” until 1998, Judith Rutty Godfrey has been coaching people all of her life. Clients love her challenging, no-nonsense approach, as well as her often-irreverent humor. Judith does not “fix” clients; she assists them in getting out of their own way. She cuts through their self-deception and supports them in creating a head/heart balance in which to “ground” their ideal life. She believes that an ideal life is possible for anyone willing to take the leap . . . and do the work. Judith brings to her coaching practice her experience as an owner of several small businesses, plus her lifelong interest in human and animal behavior. Living close to the earth for most of her life has taught her more than most textbooks possibly could and is what continues to inspire her own growth and that of her coaching practice.



	Judith attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and is at present a member of CoachVille and the International Federation of Coaches. Her coach training from CoachU—coupled with her common sense approach to life—make working with Judith fun, exciting, and productive. Living in the hills of New Hampshire with her husband, Jay, and one cat, Libra, is what she considers ideal! She is a mother of two, and seven children call her “Grandma.” When not working in her home office, Judith can usually be found outside in her gardens or just sitting . . . observing Mother Nature.
